The renovation project for the cultural center aims to establish a sustainable operational model and expand its audience. The center will host workshops, exhibitions, masterclasses, and lectures, offering a diverse range of cultural and educational programs.
Special attention is given to the internal spatial organization. Plans include the creation of a monumental central space, the designation of areas for auxiliary facilities (such as restrooms and storage rooms), and the optimization of circulation for universal accessibility. These measures will allow the building to adapt to various usage scenarios, ensuring its long-term relevance.
Preserving and enhancing the building’s original identity is a priority despite the deterioration of walls and roofing. Additional structures around the center will facilitate commercially viable activities such as summer programs, festivals, and other events, expanding the site's functional potential. As a result, the renovation will transform the cultural center into a multifunctional space that remains relevant and in demand for decades to come.
