The largest cultural and leisure institution in Yakutia is a space that showcases the art of all ethnic groups living in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The management of the cultural center tasked the architects with expanding the area, improving efficiency, broadening the range of services, and creating a new modern image adapted for young people. After analyzing the condition of the buildings and their structural characteristics, the architects proposed enclosing the inner courtyard, which made it possible to create a large public space that the city urgently needed.
