The largest cultural and leisure institution in Yakutia is a space where the art of all nationalities living in the territory of the Republic of Sakha-Yakutia is presented. The management of the cultural center set the architects the task of increasing the area, increasing its efficiency, expanding services, and creating a new image that is modern and adapted for young people. The architects, having analyzed the condition of the buildings and design features, proposed to close off the inner courtyard of the building, which gave the city a huge space that the city so needed.
