Crystal Village is a multifunctional residential project in Chakvi, Georgia. The complex consists of a residential block and six urban villas situated on a podium that houses SPA facilities and parking. The main objective was to balance the maximization of built volumes with the creation of comfortable public and private open spaces. Therefore, feasibility studies were conducted first to develop an accurate technical brief for the project.
Since the site is located on a high hill descending towards the sea, maximizing sea views for apartments and villas played a crucial role in determining the placement of residential volumes. Mineral crystals served as an inspiration for the creation of dynamic building compositions and facade cladding patterns.
Local authorities have assessed the project as ambitious and innovative. Currently, we are awaiting their approval to proceed with further development.
