Crystal Village is a multifunctional residential project in Chakvi, Georgia. The complex unites an apartment block and 6 urban villas, resting on a plinth with SPA and parking functions. The goal was to find a balance between maximized build volumes and comfortable common and private outdoor spaces. Therefore, feasibility studies were first undertaken to set up a polished design brief for the project. As the plot lays high on a hill, sloping towards the sea, sea-view maximization for apartments and villas played an important role in placing residential volumes. Mineral crystals were used as inspiration for creating dynamic building compositions and facade cladding patterns. Local authorities assessed the project as ambitious and innovative. Currently, we are awaiting their approval to undertake further work on the project.
