The renovation of the Palace of Culture in Voronezh aimed at a comprehensive modernization of the building while preserving its historical character. The project included architectural restoration, a new corporate identity, navigation design, website development, and a strategy for efficient operation.

The architects sought to balance contemporary design with respect for the original aesthetics. To achieve this, they collaborated with local modern artists, who helped reinterpret lost architectural elements using contemporary materials. The project successfully revitalized the building, transforming it into a vibrant cultural hub.

Recognized as one of the top 30 reconstructions in Russia for 2017-2020, the project highlights the potential of adaptive reuse in cultural architecture.
