The renovation project was aimed at a comprehensive modernization of the institution. In addition to the building renovation project, a corporate style, navigation, website, and strategy for the modern and efficient functioning of the institution were developed. Working on the interiors and exteriors of the Community Center, the architects tried to make it contemporary and attractive, while at the same time preserving the original style and character of the building as much as possible. The team involved modern local artists in working on the project, thanks to which the already lost original building elements were embodied in a new conceptual form from contemporary materials.
The project was included in the top 30 reconstruction Russia for 2017-2020.
